Axmen Workwear will warranty all Snickers products that have issues on factory seams for one full year. If you are having issues after one year from your purchase, contact us and we will take a close look at your claim. We want you to be happy with your purchase and will work closely with Snickers to cover as many warranty claims as we can.
In our first year selling Snickers Workwear we had just one defective seam issue. Snickers Workwear is built to last which is why we have not had many warranty issues.
Manufacturer Defect
If we determine after inspecting the returned product that a defect has occurred as a result of normal use, we will replace or refund the defective item. Any wear deemed as abusive, excessive or inappropriate may void the warranty.
Please allow 30 days for returns processing to be completed.
Shipping charges for online orders can not be refunded.
Refunds will be in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.
